slow close down with Kontakt 6

Hello

Using a Windows 10 64 bit PC , I recently noticed my Kontakt 6 player has been slow on close down, .I close with the X on the Kontakt player and get a spinning wheel,
Then it closes as a few seconds or more,the player is the latest version

The main app is on my SSD drive along with Ableton Live 11

My Kontakt libraries are on my large external 6TB HDD,I have nor room for my collection elsewhere.I have done batch resave before too

Anyone experience this before?

help or advice would be welcome,thanks

I have a similar problem with Pigments.
In my opinion, this will be something to overload the graphics rendering.

Pigments seems to be very graphics intensive, and if I have more active Pigments plugins on different tracks, it happens to me that the response from the user freezes. So it happens that Ableton looks OK, but he doesn't receive any stimuli from the mouse or keyboard. The sound is still playing, the meters are moving, but you can't move anything. When it succeeds after a while, and I blindly click on the cross to close the plugin, Ableton starts up again and everything continues to work. However, if I display the Plugin again, everything will freeze again. Sometimes the cross can be closed, and sometimes not. This most often happens when I expand Eq8 across the screen, for example, and expand Pigments into it. This will force me to restart Ableton directly. Unfortunately.

My GPU settings: 4K resolution with scaling in Windows to 150%. Ableton HiDPI, scaling to 100%.
