i WILL . The thing is I guess ableton always assigns a certain Plugins hash. even when you create a new folder, something is embedded in ableton software that assigns to a specific folder it designates as "Plugin". Even when you change it in file folder p[references in the drop down menu, ableton assigns a folder it asserts at the beginning of the install. at least it is on my computer with windows 10 20h2. There is something called plugin manager but it only tells you about missing properties to the plug in, and may not define why it will not load in. Why cant there be a .dll to vst3 converter?

It understanding what you say there but Live has a simple VST2 path setting for your VST2 64bit plugins. VST3 is a set OS path so that is also scanned by Live but cannot be changed.

Screenshots and I guarantee you have things set wrong.
