Live 10 crashes-deletes project-and backup

I've been having a problem with Live 10, w-10. I've lost 4 projects to this issue. Sometimes Live will crash, I will then reboot, load live from the same desktop shortcut and the project has been deleted from my project file folder. Even in the backup folder of live , the project is gone! The project is completely gone or so corrupted it won't load. 4 projects I've worked months on have disappeared! I have no cracked software, windows is up to date, live is up to date. Does anyone have this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions? I've sent my crash logs. I did start to "COLLECT ALL AND SAVE" for the heck of it. It's devastating to have projects I've worked so hard on just become corrupted or disappear completely.
