Live 8 - fix tempo drift

argh! I used to be able to do this without thinking about it.
Now I'm completely lost.

I reviewed some explanations on youtube, but I'm not getting it.

It's a live recording and there's some minor drift that I'd like to fix and adjust, by sections. Verse, chorus.
The verse I'd like a twee faster and the chorus a twee slower.
I don't want to go measure by measure.
Rather Whole verse and whole chorus so there is some swing.

Would someone point me to a clear written and/or youtube explanation to get this right?
