MIDI keyboard can’t access all drum rack samples

I made a drum rack with 128 samples. I can’t play the lowest and highest samples from any of my midi keyboards. Am I missing something here. Why would ableton allow sound on say C0 for example if you can’t access it via midi keyboard.

Use a Pitch MIDI effect to transpose your keyboard.

Or use the octave up/down buttons on your midi keyboard.

I will try the midi pitch plugin

The octave up and and down does not go low or high enough to reach the lower or upper keys in the drum rack.
