Why LIVE becomes worse and worse

I do not know who took over designing the screens in Ableton but this person should go to jail!
May places in the GUI are worse than they were before. I thought the software should improve with every version, but instead certain parts of the program become worse and worse. This especially applies to GUI

The TABS are completely unreadable and unless one has an eagle eyes cannot even figure out which one is active ! This is absolute crap !
I cannot even change colors of parts and objects which are not readable !
