I figured out how to use the Launchpad Pro MK3 Fixed length feature but how do I get it to go immediately from recording into loop playback when the fixed length is reached?
You can see an example of this on the Ableton push here https://youtu.be/6h47KS_tsSs?t=215 As far as I know this should also work on the Launchpad Pro MK3

Hi!
Yes I have one, after recording a loop, it plays it, the pad turns green. No surprises.
I used it in that video where I build a song using only one synth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luOeBM19BlU
Cheers

Great!
Could you please explain how I should implement it on my live 11 / Launchpad Pro MK3 combi?
THX!

Re: Launchpad Pro MK3 Fixed length clip feature
you first create a (empty) midi clip of fixed length, and then -with record armed on the midi track- press the overdub record button, and you play the same length of notes, it starts looping past the first length.

Thank you! I'll try that.
