Export only in Mono... Stereo is missing

Hi together,

I try to export a song and checked some old threads and so on. Nothing is working for me. My problem is, that I can do what I want, if I export I only get mono. all stereo is missing. I also tried to resample to check the audio. all is perfect. stereo recorded, all stereo-infos included. I don't have any mono plugin on my master. also in the "export audio/video" -> "convert to mono" is off. my Bit Depth is 24 (for a very long time and never had problems with that). File Type is WAV -> also tried all others...

I don't know and maybe someone can help me.

I use version 11.1.5, Mac OS 12.4, M1 Max (if this infos needed)

okay... now I don't know... if I preview the exported wav in Ableton, or drag and drop it into Ableton all stereo is there... if I listen to it with any player or upload this exact same file to Soundcloud it is mono... maybe I'm in the matrix or stand on the line... I don't know anymore...

That sounds really weird.
Do you use any "stereoizer" on your master track?

thanks for reply. no. I don't use anything on the master-channel with something like that. I also tried different scenarios. it is every time the same.

That's simply becuase Live's audio engine has a better stereo image than anything else on the market
Ok, seriously: what's your audio interface? When you listen your export directly from the Finder, it is mono? Are you monitoring through something like Sonarworks system wide?
It sounds like your monitoring Live's output through a different "channel" than the rest of what's producing sound on your machine.
Can you check on another computer?

but with system sound, also with Ableton I route over my apollo twin x. so both are the exact same way.

Okay... I checked it... its weird... from my other MacBook it is working fine... so it must be something outside of Ableton... but I will write down here, if I found the problem. maybe someone in future will have the same thing...
