Skinnerbox Timesting vs Abl 11.1.5
Skinnerbox Timesting vs Abl 11.1.5
Hi,
Since (the auto-)update from 11.1.1 to 11.1.5 I'm experiencing loads of crashes.
First thread in the crash.zip file always show: cycling74... As the Timesting is running through Max4live my best guess is, the crashes come from the Skinnerbox sequencer (It's the only Max tool running in my project). Running the latest Max update and the latest Ableton update.
Anyone experiencing other problems within 11.1.5 together with max tools?
Thanks for the help.

No problem here.
Are you using the builtin Max?

No problems here either with bundled Max or Max 8.3.1. With none of the Max devices.
Is the pack up-to-date? There was an update a few months ago.
You can always try if reinstalling solves the issue.
If not, it's best to contact Tech Support so they can have a look at the crash report. Something else might cause the crashes.

Hi, thanks for the reply you guys !
I'm using MAX8.3.1 (installed separately)
I uninstalled the Timesting pack and re-installed and everything seems to work great again.
Thanks for your time and to help me out !!
Highly appreciated!

No luck whatsoever.. Still crashing by just doing normal actions as creating a new audio track, copying an existing track..
Boom crash, done.. Really annoying. I'll forward the crash_file to the support team.

Wait, I didn't notice this info.
1st, try using the latest Max 8.3
Also try using Live's bundled Max.

Still struggling. Both Imac and Mbp are suffering.
Both intel machines, Mojave, everything up-to-date.
Tried all Max versions.

The Ableton has troubleshooted it: My Softube console1 was the bad boy.
Crashed on that plugin.. They had however quite some trouble finding the problem.
Over to the Softube support...
