Entering root note in sampler

Post by yentzee » Mon Jul 18, 2022 1:48 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to enter the rootnote of a sample in sampler using the keyboard or a midinote. I wasnt able to do so and have 15 samplers each with 127 drumsamples I know the key of and I want to enter. Using the mouse is a pain with so many samples.

You can type numeric values into the Root box (Sample tab) so for C3, type 60 (C4 is 72 etc)
But it's easier to use the Zone editor: alt-click on a sample's zone to set its Root (small 'R' appears where you click)
You can 'select all' first to affect all samples too.
