Live+Push on macOS Ventura

So far both Live 11.2.5 and Push 2 are working perfectly fine on macOS Ventura on an M1 Mac mini.
Same for AUv2 from Arturia, IK Multimedia and Sonarworks and AUv3 from Moog.
