Can Anyone Help? APC40 "SOLO" button Not Working As Expected

Hello, everyone

- The "S" buttons on my APC40 are not controlling SOLO / CUE functionality in my Live sets at all -- they simply do not respond to pushing them, either with Live in SOLO or CUE mode.

- The "S" buttons do respond to mouse clicks on the SOLO / CUE function in Live (by lighting up blue) -- but that's not the kind of tactile control I'm hoping for!

I've double-checked the documentation for Live and the APC40, but neither seem to address this question.

Any thoughts?
