change loop start/end for multiple audio items in a scene?

Post by d.vyd » Fri Feb 17, 2023 10:12 pm

Hi folks,

How can I change the loop start/end points for multiple audio items in a scene interactively at the same time so that all audio items keep in sync? Is this called "nudging"? Can it be applied simultaneously across tracks?

Thank you,

Thinking, you need to go back and warp your clips accurately in the first place to ensure everything keeps in sync...

Hi @S4racen. The clips already are in sync because they are tracks exported from another DAW. I'm now looking for interesting material inside the tracks. When I locate something good in one track, I'd like all the other tracks to instantly have the same loop points.

Not sure if there's a way to do it in session view but you could move the clips concerned onto arrangement view and use the ctrl-shift-drag slide clip content feature and when you're happy drag the clips back to session view

I often do this with unsynched recordings to find new rhythms quickly
