Live 11 Crashes like Crazy.....

Hi Everyone.

I will keep it short cause I am highly frustrated right now.

Mbp 14inch m1 , Live 11 Suite, Monterey and a lot of 3rd Party plugins

Apart from the fact that I have never experienced as many crashes of Live as since I went to Live 11 combined with m1 Mac with Monterey.....

I mean I am working on a Project, It works fine. I save it. Few days later and I can't for the Love of God open the Project again. Live crashes
every time I try to open it. I mean Jesus Christ,, it worked 3 days ago. How can this be?

Anyone else experiencing lots of Crashes in 11 or am I going crazy?

I'd look into the 3rd party plugins area first.
Are you sure they're all properly "silicon-ready"?

Not all are Silicon ready that's why I use it in Roseta mode for now. I still don't understand how it can work perfectly , tweaking everything for hours and then I save it and can't open it 3 days later? Never had so many crashes and it is more than one project. I cannot even open it and address the issue since I can't see what is causing the crash. I have about 900 plugins. They can't all be Silicon ready and its almost impossible to start checking each and every one to find the one Live "does not like" . I thought that's what Roseta is for?
It crashes on at least 1/20 old projects...

Had "unknown" crashes with version 12.2.10 Windows on startup too. A second try then worked. New version 12.2.11 seems to run without the issue.

You could at least temporarily move your Components/VST2/3 folders somewhere else like on your Desktop, or deactivate AU/VST in Live's Pref and see if things get better.

That is something I did not think of. Thank you. Will try this

Ps: while writing this initiated an Init Project and went into Prefs and see that the Plugin option window is Greyed out. Only the Plugin settings where you set "Use Vst etc etc" . All others look normal. Now that's new
Ps2: And while writing this did a restart and it works again..... I think I am losing it slowly.

Ok I deactivated all plugins and managed to open the Project. In this case I assume the fault was on an older Plugin I don't use anymore and don't even have it installed so I don't get why Ableton crashes and not simply tells me "Some plugins are deactivated" or whatever like usually

I am on Mac so I can't compare.
I also tried the newest 11 Beta but issue still is there.
