Turning Long mp4 into sequential 10 minute wav files.

I have a mp4 of my stream, downloaded from Twitch. I want to convert it into a series of ten minute long wav files so it can be downloaded to Bandcamp. I'm sure there's an easy way to do this, but for now I cannot find it, despite trying a number of things. It needs to be separate sequental wave files, each 10 minutes long, that I can find in my Mac Finder.
Any suggestions?

To do what you want is likely to be a lot easier using an app such as Audacity (which is free, open source and well-maintained by an active community).
