Hello, can anyone from Ableton Support please tell me when my Push 3 is going to ship? It is well past the 1-2 business days for order processing and I still haven’t heard anything. I have also posted two support tickets in My Activities and haven't heard back from those either. Please help, and thank you.

Support has been flooded with requests since the launch of Push 3, they’ll get to your tickets as soon as they can. No one here has access to any sort of shipping data to answer your question I’m afraid.

Ok, that's good to know. So are you aware of delays in shipments and how long that might be?
Aside from posting tickets in my activities, my only other recourse is to openly ask in a public forum because there is absolutely no information regarding this anywhere else. The ticket system is an exercise in frustration. I would have thought that the Support Team would be prepared for a possible flood to grab a new Push.

I have no info to share other than that even as an Ableton employee I'm also still waiting for my Push 3 to ship, so you're not alone.
And yes, I hear you about the frustrations with Support lately. It's a common complaint and one I hope HQ and rectify once and for all soon.

I also placed my order over a week ago and it is still "processing". They could probably prevent support being inundated with order status requests if they would just make some type of official statement about the situation. The radio silence is making it much worse.

I ordred mine, Push 3, not stand alone, 2 days ago, and when you order it says 6 - 8 weeks.

I did receive mine yesterday. I guess they are finally catching up to orders placed last week.

I received mine yesterday too - Jun 5. So in hindsight it wasn’t too bad. Although the ticket system is awful, once Ableton Support responded, they were on it. So a big Thanks to Ableton Support for coming through! Now that my gear lust has been sated it’s time to hunker down, draw the blinds and forget about going anywhere this summer.
