Visual Playback Cursor Latency Compensation

Hi,

does anyone know a way for the plahead line to account for the latency, so I can actually see when in a waveform some sound is occuring?? I'm actually astonished this isn't a super obvious stock basic feature in ableon?? What's the point of delay compensation if you can't even see whats going on???
