Hello!
New to music production and Ableton 11. I'm trying to apply warp to a vocal audio clip to lower the pitch, but keep the same BPM. Lowering the pitch seems to only correctly apply warp to the first half of my clip when it's turned on. Can somebody help explain why might be going on here?

Warp Not Applying Correctly
Re: Warp Not Applying Correctly
I figured it out...
The tutorial I'm following doesn't explain or change the warp mode. Needed to be using complex instead of beats.

Hey, don't feel down about that - I just figured that out yesterday!
I was doing some time-stretching for a piece I was working on, and there were these percussive pulses going on at particular points - like I had put on a beat-repeater device. Guess what? It was me, not using the 'Complex' warp mode. I had the file on 'Beats'. I was so confused up until that point. I just took a look at it and accidentally figured it out. Whew. I thought I had some hidden automation that I didn't delete from a past file in my template. Turns out it's the Warp mode that makes a difference.
Ableton has a ton of stuff, not as complex as Reaper, but hot damn is there a lot of stuff!
