Ableton Push 3 availability

Although I’ve been impatient with my preorder, sometimes it’s good to wait. Early versions definitely have bugs as reported by some on this forum.

in my case (Italy) still out of stock on the website (2-4 weeks), received this morning the mail for payment (pre-ordered 2 weeks ago), just done and waiting now for push 3 to be shipped

There’s been a significant supply stall and I don’t think preorders will be filled anytime soon. Get ready for a long wait.

Well, that sounds promising but also random and not systematic if they were still telling you out of stock 2 - 4 weeks.

Totally agree, it could also be that someone ordered the Push but later decided not to proceed with the payment and therefore I moved up in the waiting list actually I don't know how they're managing the whole stuff..

In general I think I've been very lucky, but before saying it out loud I'd like to test the push for a few days to get my own idea after reading so many comments about it

I got this email too on Saturday and my payment has not gone through. I have all the funds on my card but it has not gone through and it said it would within 48 hours of that date. I hope it gets sent through today on the 10th and ships.

Same situation here. “48 hours” email came through at 12am Saturday morning. It’s now 84 hours later (not that I’m keeping count…) and no payment notification or any further communication has come through.

Not the end of the world, but you would expect much better customer service from a company you’re giving $2k to.

I'm definitely keeping count lol. I'm leaving on vacation this Friday and I don't want my Push just sitting on my door step XD
Yeah exactly. I expect way better customer service. I sent a question on Sunday about the payment delay and they have not responded to me. It is nighttime in germany so in about 10 hours Ableton will be starting up again for the work day. Maybe something tomorrow? I'm not sure if they have a distribution center and/or office in America though.
