The “push is ready to ship” email precedes the “here’s your payment link you have 1 week to submit payment or your preorder is canceled” email. Then shipping took about 1 week to west coast USA. Super straight forward right?

Nope not straight forward haha. Super confused because they said I would be billed in under 48 hours. Still have not received that payment link!

Maybe different countries/regions have different procedures. I’m in California and I got the 7-day pay warning as opposed to a 48-hr notice. There’s supposedly an Ableton distribution center near me so we’ll see how long shipping takes.

Guess that makes sense it works differently for different regions. And mine came from Tennessee.

I dont even know whats going on anymore. Radio silence and then I get charged so Im happy about that but then it is taking forever to ship and send me an invoice when last saturday they said my push was ready to ship? I dont know whats going on

Same here. Paid days ago but no shipping status. It's just the way Ableton does business while we're so used to the Amazon-type of ordering experience.

Sorry some of you have some concern over this, we'll make sure to pass it on to the Sales team so hopefully it's less confusing going forward.

Just want to report my personal experience. I got the email saying my unit was ready to ship about a week and a half ago. I was then charged this past Wednesday the 12th and my order has said "processing" since then. Seems like there is just some serious lag between each step on folk's orders. I presume it will probably go out this coming week though.

I'm in the same limbo as you, paid on wednesday and haven't heard anything since then, though my payment did get charged (yesterday I think). Where did you see that your order is processing? Or do you mean thats what who you paid with is saying (visa, paypal...)?
