Push3 Interface crackles even in empty projects

16 GB RAM
SSD Drive
Windows 11 Pro


I installed the newest Windows 11 version
Set full performance mode
Newest Ableton 11 Release Version
Push 3 up-to-date
Tried different USB-C cable
All device drivers are up-to-date
I disabled every app in startup
I tried ASIO4ALL
I tried all buffer sizes, even full 2048 size buffer both in Asio and Asio4All

I always get crackling, even when I just preview sounds with no tracks or plugins loaded at all in an empty session.
The Ableton Installation is from the file download of the newest version on the homepage "replaced" the previous installation

Any ideas?

Just for the record, try running live as administrator (right click on the icon for launching the program). I have found that it works better but not really sure why.
