Color Devices

I think it would be really useful to have an option to color the "title bar" of every device and rack.

Sometimes I fold the device, and that makes its title a bit trickier to read. If I could color the device bar I would very quickly find my distortion if I color it red.

The exact same way as we color tracks and clips right now.

Yes, and all user made racks and presets should keep their color, when you save them and then open them up in another project.
