Cannot uninstall packs

Hello everyone,

I hope I'm not overlooking anything obvious, but I'm unable to uninstall packs from the Push 3.

I think I follow the expected procedure, e.g.
From a new live set, I press "plus", then select "packs"
I select the pack I want to uninstall, and "right click" the jog wheel ... and nothing happens.

I've looked at the documentation and video, I believe this should be the procedure, but nothing happens on mine.

My push says I'm up to date with the software.

Any help is welcome.

Pressing "+", selecting "Packs", and then pressing to the right on the jog wheel allows me to select "uninstall" as an option. Sorry to report you seem to be experiencing a bug!

Thanks for confirming.

While I was browsing packs yesterday the uninstall option appeared once, but I was so surprised I didn't uninstall... And it never worked again

I also stumbled onto bugs where I couldn't select menus on wavetable (matrix and mpe), or when it wasn't possible to edit a device anymore.

Is there a place listing known bugs or to report them?

Doesn't it appear back after a reboot?
I've seen this several times but it usually goes away.
In any case this is a bug so please send a bug report to Support

I finally figured it out... It was a hardware problem with the jogwheel it clicks when pushed to the right... But doesn't register any input. I have to push really hard against the max resistance so it eventually detects the input (and uninstall works as expected).

Sad news for me because it's not an easy fix
