some keys of my midi controller doesn't work

Hi every body, i'm a new user of ableton live 11 lite. during some tries while lurning online how to use it, I made some actions that mute 4 keys of 32 keys-keyboard. Now, every time I touch them, they don't give any sound. So how should I do to recover the default settings that make all the keys of my keybord work. my midi controler is an M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO MINI

I would see if you have those keys midi mapped to anything. Or if the keyboard is using a Control Interface setting in preferences.

To view mappings, go into the midi map mode, and on the left you’ll see a list of all mapped controls.

Just to add to the above, you need to have Live’s browser open while in MIDI mapping mode to see the list of MIDI mappings. The list appears on the right where the browser normally is.
