Moving Clips Puts Them Out of Sync

I am having a new issue where moving my recorded vocal clips puts the clip out of sync. For example, if I record a vocal on a track, it is perfectly in sync when it's recorded and played back. However, if I try moving that clip around on the same track or a new track, the timing of it is off. It either starts to early or too late. I am moving it to the exact start point so it's not an issue where I am not lining it up properly. The clips are set with warp so they should line up fine.

This started happening when I did the latest update. Before then, it was working fine and I could move clips around without any issues. Now it throws them off sync anytime I move them. So I have to record the vocals right now and cannot move them to a different starting point. Is anyone having the same issue?

I am using a Yeti Blue USB mic with ASIO for ALL drivers. I have been using this same setup for over 7 years without any problems.
