It would be great if sampler/simpler had the warping functionality that clips have (moveable warp points, bpm setting, etc).
This for example would allow drum loops dropped in sampler to follow the bpm of the project like warped clips do. Right now I have to freeze/flatten the clip and drop into sampler. If I change the bpm of the project, have to do it again. If I've made start/end/loop etc marker changes to my samples in sampler, then I have redo those too.
Would be much better to have the dynamic clip-like functionality of time warping.
