I just recently switched from windows to mac and I'm still having issues with learning the different hotkeys.
One thing I can't figure out at all, and I can't seem to find anything about it either, is clicking to the exact position in arrangement view unattached from the grid.
On Windows it is [ALT] + LEFT Click but on Mac it doesn't seem to exist.
The only way I found is [CTRL] + [COMMAND] + Left Click but that also opens the rightclick context menu which I guess is not the right way?

CTRL+left click is the same as a right click in MacOS.
Here are all the shortcuts.

Often they are also mentioned in the Info View.
Most of the time you can replace the CTRL you use on Windows with a CMD on Mac. And an ALT on Windows with OPT/ALT on Mac.
But there are a couple of exceptions as you already found out.
