System error message

Hi,
I can't figure out how to attach a picture here. Anyway recently I got a system error message that says:

backgroundTaskHost.exe - system error

X The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.

Any ideas on what I can do about this?
