Push 3 case customization + tilt feet

Post by f1oat3d » Sat Sep 16, 2023 10:19 am

Hello,

Here is a customization of the original Thomann Push 2 case to fit with Push 3: you need to cut a little bit the corners to give extra space for the Push3. You will need to cut the foam of the cover for buttons. I have removed some foam above the screen to avoid any scratch.

As an option, you can also create pockets inside the EVA foam for accessories and cables. For that, you will need additional EVA sheets of 2 and 6mm thickness.

The unmodified push 2 case is available here https://www.thomann.de/thomann_controller_case_th41.htm

The custom feet are 3D printed with TPU-95A flexible material.
They can be stacked for 25 or 50mm height, providing 4 or 8° tilt.
My STL files are available here : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6220036

This is excellent, happy to see someone is working toward a realistic solution.

Now that I’ve been working in standalone for a few weeks, I’ve started visiting friends studios with Push…. Got me all nervous.
A case solution has become a top priority.

The 3D printed feet look really good. What I'm just wondering is why the foot on the right side has an extra elevation in the corner?
