Push 3 CV outputs

Hello,

Just picked up the push 3. For some reason I can't get the CV outputs to work - outputs 5/6 & 7/8 aren't showing in Ableton and when I open preferences (I'm using push 3 as interface in controller mode with MacBook Pro) in the input/output section, both 5/6 & 7/8 are greyed out. I have pedal outputs set to CV, but If I try using the clock out CV Tools for example, and try setting the ext CV outputs to 5/6 or 7/8 I only get the option of outputs 1/2. No idea what's going on.

Have you lit up 5,6,7,8 in the Mono column under the Output Config button in Preferences/Audio? (can't remember if I had to do this but sounds like you've done everything else)
