Push 3 Optical ADAT Output to Denon Receiver

Hi Folks,
i am completely new to the music production world and please exuse me for not having that general music knowledge.

I have new Push 3 and connected the optical ADAT Out to my Optical Audio input of my Denon AVR1600h AV receiver and was trying to get a signal apart from my headphones but i can't get i to work. I am lacking a 6.3mm chinch cable, yet this is why i am trying the optical one.

Any ideas what i have to do? Thanks for reading and have some nice holidays

Your receiver would be expecting a SPDIF format signal. Push is outputting an ADAT signal. Same cable, two different formats. Can Push be set to output SPDIF in the settings somewhere? [edit: No.]

I'll buy a 6.3mm to chinch and hope the normal audio input works then.

No worries. Should be good once you get the regular analogue cable.
