Push 2 is triggering drums on top of every midi track

This started randomly happening yesterday & im not sure why. whenever i make a midi track the instrument plays some drum on every note along with the note it’s suppose to play. i tried creating a new track & changing the instrument. it doesn’t match the drum kit in the actual drum track so i dont think its coming from there. it does this on new projects too & i never saved any set that does this as default. i have no idea how to google this problem. it only does it on the push, not my keyboard nor the ui. this is what's happening: https://imgur.com/dq0nF7Z

First think is to find out where the drum sounds are coming from. Do you have external gear?
Then check your routings but it doesn't looks like you have any track monitoring set to On. Are you running other DAW/software that accepts midi in the background?

It was a really weird issue where only the push was causing the drums to play. I resolved it by just uninstalling & reinstalling ableton
