Upgrading to Live Suite Not Available Currently

Hi

I am a live standard user and want to upgrade to live suite. However, the option to upgrade is no longer available and seemed to disappear late in 2023.

When I go to "View your Live upgrade offers" I am told under the Live 11 Suite option that "This upgrade path is not available for your license."

I really want to get upgraded to Suite as I have been using the trial of Suite and it is now running out.

It does appear I have an upgrade offer for Live 12 Suite but that is not available yet.

Can anyone offer any advice please. Is it possible to upgrade now or do we have to wait until Live 12 is released.

I am having the same issue, so I contacted the Ableton support and got this reply:

"Due to a technical issue on our webshop, the upgradepath for some users who recently bought a license during the Live 12 announcement campaign has been greyed out. We apologize for the inconvenience. After the end of the campaign the Upgradepath will be visible for you again, but should you want to upgrade to Suite now, I can order it for you from our side. Let me know in case I shoul do that."

So I think you can contact the support and ask for their help to upgrade.
