Media Files Missing even after "Collect All and Save"

Post by Icarus0 » Fri Feb 09, 2024 3:44 pm

Hello,
I'm currently working on a project with a large amount of audio that I've recorded into Ableton using a mic. When I close down the Live set and then reopen it, the audio files are offline. Every time I save I select "Collect all and Save". Even after having Ableton do a search in the folder that I have saved my Live set into, some audio tracks remain missing. What am I doing wrong here? I'm in the midst of the worst deadline of my life and so I need a fast solution. Thank you!!!

Are you saving to a custom location or using the native folder under "Documents"?
Win 10, Finale 26.3, Corel PSP & Video Studio, Tunefish synthesizer.

I'm saving it to a custom location. Thanks.

Are you saving the set in a cloud-synced folder (like Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox)?
