Electric Keyboard Pack not working in 11

Hello,

Having read an earlier post here, it seems my hardware is insufficient to run Live 12 (no i5 processor, have Celeron) as I have been unable to get the app to launch so far, so I'll use Live 11 until I can upgrade my PC.

The issue I'm having is getting the Electric Keyboards pack to run in 11. I was given the option to download it for 11, both in the app and on website, but trying to use any of the instruments gives me a licensing error message, or a message that these sounds aren't available in 11, or both. Just wondering if the pack will work in 11 or maybe it only works in 12? Thanks for reading!

It definitely works in 11, but just make sure that you've installed the Live 11 version:

- On the Pack page for Electric Keyboards, click the "Download for Live 11" version (if your Live 11 license is already selected then this will just say "Download")
- Uninstall the existing version of Electric Keyboards
- Install the newly downloaded version

That should work, but if not then also make sure that your version of Live 11 is fully up to date (version 11.3 is the most recent)

Tried these suggestions, still the same error messages. Have v.11.3.21, Standard. Deleted the pack, downloaded the 11 version off the website, installed it, tells me to open the Licenses/Maintenance tab in preferences "to authorize a product," but doing that only lets me authorize my computer for 11, which I have done again with same results. I'm not sure if it is a bug, or I am doing something wrong. Haven't tried any of the other packs new for 12, Electric Keyboards was the one I really wanted. Anyone else who can't open 12 (which there seem to be a lot) have any luck running new packs in 11?

hmm in that case I recommend contacting Ableton support and they should be able to help you further
