frequency shifter is gone

frequency shifter is gone after I ungraded Ableton 11(suite) to Ableton 12(suite).

It's still exist on effect chain from my previous project, but it's not on the list when I search it.

Is this happening for all 12 users..?

Look in packs / core library / devices / audio effects / legacy.
