Inserted Unison Midi Loop into Track, No Sound Produced

When I insert a midi loop (from Unison Midi Chord Pack) into a track, I can't get any sound.

Yet the sound plays when I click on the Browser File Preview button.

No issues with Ableton samples.

Anybody else having this problem?

are you also adding an instrument on the same track as the midi file for the midi file to trigger? a midi file contains no audio information itself, only note & parameter info for triggering other things.

I would recommend cancelling and getting a refund on that Unison Midi Chord Pack purchase and using this instead.

I'll probably try these other midi sounds, but what's wrong with the Unison Midi Chord Pack?

Unison Audio have some quite shady business practices. Just search for them on YouTube and you will see why.

More importantly, did you get your midi file working by adding an instrument for the midi file to trigger?
