Visuals in Abelton

Hi all,

In various online video tutorials and lessons, I see what looks like some type of wave spectrum visualizer that people have added directly to their Abelton Live, and I seem to be unable to find out what these are or how to add them.
Just curious if anyone would be able to help me figure this out? Seems like it would be a handy feature for later stage M&M. Not sure if these are something included in Abelton, or something from a 3rd party that needs to be added.

(Apologies if I am using the wrong terms for this, I am totally self-taught, and still learning terminology for many things, which can make searching things difficult, lol.)
