Hey! i replied here a long time ago and wanted to share the fix i found.

I have this motherboard - https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GAMING-M5/support

and installing this driver for my USB (under "Others Drivers") ASMedia USB3.0/3.1 Drivers
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170A-GA ... Win10%2064
(i have a windows 10)

once i installed it, restarted my computer and tried to run the push with ableton again, it automatically installed some firmware and it worked!

so i assume that my outdated usb drivers were not allowing the push to install some necessary firmware? im unsure exactly, as im not very technically savvy.

hope this helps!!

Worked!!!

ASMedia USB3.0/3.1 - Updated from DELL, ASMedia USB eXtensible Host Controller Driver.

After updating the ASMedia USB extensible Host Controller Driver from DELL, my USB3.0/3.1 ports are now functioning properly. Although I’m unsure of my motherboard model (I have a DELL 8920), I’ve never encountered any issues until recently. Out of the blue, Push2 stopped working. I tried various troubleshooting steps, even buying 12 (a great excuse for a purchase 😁).
