One little new feature that will change my life forever is the midi CC learn mode.
If it works like I think it works, to me it's a HUGE game changer (for building live sets for the stage).

Maybe I'm alone in thinking this, but anyway, I'm very impatient to install the next update (I don't do beta on my machine at the moment)

I think I saw some performance improvements listed for the new versions...anyone trying the beta on a PC notice better performance with powerful multicore systems?

I'm struggling with fairly modest projects on a 12-core Ryzen 3900X with 64 GB of RAM. the Core Temp app shows any one core is hitting around 20-30% (with the rest usually hovering from 0-3%) with a 128 sample buffer, yet pops and glitches galore, and Ableton is showing averages around 75-90% CPU usage.

I know Ableton only shows performance for only one thread (or something like that), so it's not necessarily the most accurate estimate of overall system performance, but this is ridiculous. Ableton should not even come close to choking out with a project like this. (I should have to try very hard to get it to choke on this machine.)

really hoping this gets addressed in 12.1, so I don't have to move back to Cubase.
