Good evening,
I have a Z790-P Wifi, updated to the latest BIOS, running with an i7-13700. I'm experiencing audio glitches while playing live with a Grand Piano on Ableton 12, using 256 as buffer size. The project has 1 running track only.
I ran Latencymon which says i might have CPU throttling issues; I wonder how is this possible, since the work load is very low (as I said, 1 plug-in only in Ableton). Everything is updated, from soundcard drivers to softwares and BIOS. I really have no clue about what to do.

Re: Audio drops
Sounds like its due to your buffer size, try increasing it. If you are playing it to record the midi, you may want to use the simple piano and use a low buffer size, once you have your midi recording to your liking, then increase the buffer size from there replace the simple piano with the grand piano
