Help! Push 3S won't start after upgrading

I just upgraded my Push 3 standalone, I think to recall it was upgrading to v.1.2.5. The power supply was connected and the download and installation process worked apparently fine. But after that, it has been like an hour in the start screen (you know, the Push logo on screen). I finally forced a restart by holding the power button, but after restarting the device gets stuck in the same place.

I didn't upgrade yet to Live 12 if that matters, still using 11.

Any idea how to proceed? Any help is welcome

Panic mode off... after 2 restarts the device detected a failure and recovered from a back up. sorry for the unnecessary noise.
