Push 3 ADAT Interfaces

Is there a list somewhere of ADAT interfaces compatible with Push 3? Also definitive information about how to use them?

I’m considering going with a MOTU Ultralite MK5 or a BoredBrain Optx2, but I’m having a hard time finding coherent information on the topic.

Ableton, if you’re listening, please add some better documentation on this aspect of Push 3 Standalone!
