Hey all,
I was curious if, when you download Live Beta, it includes new copies of all the stock samples? Or (preferably), does it simply refer to the same set of samples included in the official release. I'd rather not bog my computer up with unnecessary copies.
Thanks in advance!
Quick Beta question..
Re: Quick Beta question..
The "stock" samples are part of the Core Library, which is part of the Live application package (i.e self contained), so yes each Live build contains the stock samples.
Packs are shared between Live instances, though (unless you set each build's different custom Packs folders).

Thanks for the response.
So theoretically I could download the beta, change the beta user library to point to the core library of the official build, and delete the core samples that came with the beta version?

Re: Quick Beta question..
Nope, just leave the Core Library where it is.
The User Library is... for user content. These are 2 different things.

Hi,
and when I tag something out of the Core Library of a Beta, will this be taken over to the release version?
