MIDI Effects | Looper no longer there?

I'm still a newbie to AL. I'm trying to figure out how to do looping with improvisation. A video using a previous version of Ableton says to use the Midi Effects | Looper. But I'm not seeing such a beast in AL 12.

Suggestions?

Looper is an Audio device.

Right. But what if you want to do the same thing, but with MIDI?
