Bass not detected on Push 3 controller

Hi everyone,

I just got my Push controller and I love it. When connecting my bass through inputs ( using number one) I don’t see any signal ( the green faders on Push screen in the audio settings don’t show Only peaking red when I unplug the cable ..) I had the audio interface settings on Push right but no signal. Any help?

Are you setting the preamp's setting to Inst. ?

bad cable?
And do you have another input signal using a different impedance on the other channel?
