Is there a way to easily convert AU patches to VST patches?

I purchased a template. Seller neglected to note that the template was for Mac. I use PC. The plugins are in AU format. When I try to replace them with VST, it deletes the patch and pulls up the default Init patch (Serum). Is there a way to covert the AU patches to VST patches, so I can open up the template correctly?

Nope. This has to be done manually, but since you’re on windows I guess you’ll have to ask the seller to do it.
