Annoying View Changes.

Post by Quiet Erp » Sat Aug 31, 2024 11:46 pm

:? Hard to describe this.....
If I click on a clip in Session view my view changes to position that clip at the top of the screen.
So if there is a clip in scene 5, scenes 1-4 wont be visible when 5 is selected.

This only occurs in Live 12.
If I have only 8 scenes in the project it doesn't happen.
Could be connected to the redbox. I have a LaunchcontrolXL & Launchpad Mini that both display "redbox" position.

Possible. First thing to try is to reproduce without the controller connected.

I think I've figured it out.
The zoom setting was at 120%,
Setting it to 100% seems to have solved them problem

INCORRECT. The problem still persists at 100% zoom, default view.
View makes selected clip the top scene visible, meaning any clips above it are off screen.
Reach for mouse or arrow keys to refocus the view is a pain in the artistic flow's arse.
