Audio to Midi real time

Hi all!

I've been trying to get Audio to Midi in real time for quite a while now..... and can't get it going as I wish......
Playing percussion, and trying to get lower notes (frequencies) to trigger a kick (or bass synth, or whatever), and higher notes (frequencies) to trigger something else...... My percussion is tuned very precisely to a note.
Tried a few options:
- Max Pitch and Time machines, using Pitch Tracker on Audio, and Max Midi Receiver on Midi track. It is just not very precise and reliable: it stops working after 20 minutes or so..... not usable in a concert setting......
- Tom Cosm - Real Time Pitch to Midi. Is not working continuously......sometimes notes come, sometimes not.....and doesn't seem to work on multiple tracks simultaneously.........(@Tom, I've been following you here for many many years, amazing work!!!!!!)

Hope someone can give more suggestions, or solutions........

Working on an MacBook Pro 2017 i7, 16GB RAM. RME and MOTU Soundcard. Maybe the machine is too old?

Actually would love the Convert drums to midi function and algorithms to work in real time: the tgives the kind of midi the tI like very much for what I'm doing.......
