Push 3 Audio Interface not working in standalone and control mode

Hi guys,

So i've been using live for a few years now and decided to take the plunge and get the push 3 standalone, upon arrival I had a lot of issues setting it up but finally used the reboot method with an external flash drive to get it working, currently on the latest firmware version as of this date and same with my live 12 as I just got it yesterday. However whatever I do I just cant seem to get any audio out in either mode and i've tested with multiple headphones, speakers ad even a dj mixer. on the screen of the push it shows audio on the meters, if I switch to control mode and set the inputs and outputs as push 3 16i/o it doesn't work but if I use my MacBook audio it works. I bought this specifically as a performance tool and a sound card for my audio engineering course starting on the 30th. really disappointed in the amount of issues ive had so far but praying it's not a complete hardware failure. ive gone through a lot of topics but none of the fixes have worked for me.

fyi, I have not had any sound output from the moment I first turned it on.

using a matchbook pro 13" 2018 intel i7 with a push standalone class g

it took 3 weeks and £200 to ship it here to kenya, I really hope I dont have to incur the cost to send it back. has anyone else had this issue? or is it a simple setting im totally missing? current output on push is set to headphones is 1-2 0db and main output 1-2 0db.

Unfortunately it sounds like a faulty hardware.
If it was a incorrect setting when used with the computer, at least you'd have sound when using it standalone.

Just for anyone who has this issue in the future, I hope this helps.

I submitted a crash report as well as using multiple cables, speakers, mics & headphones to make sure it wasn't any external equipment, in the ticket I submitted I provided all this information with detail so that I wouldn't have to wait for multiple responses. this seemed to work and they're now in the process of shipping a new unit out, confirming the assumption that there was a sound card hardware failure.
